IMCL-2000 ICE LOLLY Packaging Machines

IMCL-2000 automatic liquid packaging machine and IMCL-2000 automatic -tube liquid packaging machines are widely used for various kinds of liquid packaging, such as milk, soybean milk, fruit juice, ice drink, soy sauce, vinegar and wine. It has a built in sterilizer for the film by means of ultraviolet radiation, bag moulding, printing of the code, precise fill, seal and cutting are standard features. These machines are stable and enjoy a very high reputation from our clients.

Ø PLC controller and a pattern calibration photoelectric controller device ensuring the printing patterns are being cut accurately.

Machine Parameters
This machine is able to accommodate various sizes and requirements in the stick pack format.
This machine can be equipped with various filling systems to allow for many types of raw materials.

Liquid/Paste – Sauces such as Tomato sauce, Vinegars, Juices, Water, Honey and many other liquids and pastes
Granular – Sugars, Sweeteners, Tea, Coffee, Drinking sugar products and many other granular products
Powders – Fine Coffee, Medicines, Spices and many other powders.

The filling operation is achieved using either volumetric cup discharge system in the case of powders or a high accuracy volumetric pump in the case of liquids or pastes. For powders we use an augur screw system designed exactly for the powder requiring filling

Features:
The operation of the machine is controlled via a computerized operator interface. All the machine parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically controlled via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured

The machine has an electronic speed controller and as such speed control is precise. The machine is manufactured from a combination of materials that are suited
to the operation design ie. Aluminium, stainless steel and engineering
plastics.
Sealed bearings are incorporated in the jaw assembly and no lubrication is
required.
